Upper Blepharoplasty: Focuses on rejuvenating the upper eye, pulling sagging skin tight, and removing excess. This can also lift eyebrows.
Lower Blepharoplasty: Focuses on correcting under-eye bags and excess fatty deposits as well as some sagging skin.
Combination Blepharoplasty: Men with sagging skin and prominent eye bags often achieve the best results by combining both forms of eyelid surgery into one operation.
Male Blepharoplasty Results
The procedure involves removing excess skin, removing or tightening some of the surrounding muscle, and either fat repositioning or removal usually in the lower lid. The result creates a refreshed appearance that makes the male patient’s entire face look younger and more approachable.
